Be Part of a Proud Legacy

One Of The First American Indian Studies Programs and the First and Only College of Ethnic Studies in the World

The College of Ethnic Studies was forged from the efforts and sacrifices of students, faculty and communities committed to creating meaningful, excellent and productive links between the academy and the empowerment of everyday peoples of color and their communities. The work of the College has expanded, broadened and deepened since its founding in 1969.
